When can I receive my order?

Once your purchase is finalized, goods will go out within 1‑2 business days. Our shipping team operates only on weekdays Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping

We utilize UPS services for all domestic parcel distribution. Regular domestic delivery spans 3‑7 business days.

International Shipping

DHL takes charge of transporting every international customer order.

For international parcels, the standard estimated delivery window is 4‑21 business days.

Please be aware international shipments may face unexpected hold‑ups. Differing customs procedures will lead to variable delivery timelines.

Preppy Prodigy will not take on any costs for customs duties and import charges generated overseas.
